7 November 2006 - LazosLearning is very pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership with the Foundation for the Application and Teaching of the Sciences (FUNDAEC), an organization whose thirty-year experience in Colombia has led to the creation of a number of programs and materials proven successful in forming human resources for processes of social and economic development. FUNDAEC`s secondary and higher education programs have spread to several other countries in Central and South America, and international interest is increasing. This partnership will allow people in a number of more distant regions to benefit from FUNDAEC`s experience and materials. The success with which initial efforts to offer content in these regions has met demonstrates a need to which FUNDAEC and LazosLearning can respond through a collaboration that will permit offering courses developed by FUNDAEC to larger populations either via the internet or through onsite training.
